Parents and players are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
- Remember that young people participate for their enjoyment and benefit, not yours.
- Respect the decisions of officials and teach players to do the same. Never ridicule or scold a player for making a mistake.
- Do not use foul language or harass players, coaches, officials or other parents/families. Believe that referees, just as coaches and players, are attempting to do their best.
- Understand that your attitude can influence the players, coaches, and other spectators.
- The use of violence in any form will be condemned and result in an automatic ejection from the game. The referee can card parents and team officials.
- Learn the rules of the game and the policies of the organization.
- Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.
- Make sure your child attends practices and games. Practices are as important as games. Children who don’t show up for practice and/or games are letting everyone down. If you know your child will be unable to attend a practice or game, give the coach as much advance notice as you can to enable proper planning.
- Please report all injuries, special medical conditions (such as asthma) or extenuating circumstances (such as family crisis) that may affect the player.
- Send your child ready to play with the uniform/shirt provided. Make sure the player has cleats and shin-guards. If it is not possible to arrive early due to work/family commitments, kindly advise the coach to help with practice/game planning.
