South Dundas United FC is looking towards the 2026 season and has the following request for quotation open. Interested parties should provide quotations for pricing and quantities by January 31, 2026. Responses received after January 31, 2026 will not be acknowledged.

RFQ 2026-01 – Field Paint (Delivery by May 1, 2026)
SDUFC is seeking a quote for 400 cans of inverted T-Nozzle striping paint (see nozzle example to the right). We currently use Rustoleum striping paint and have compatible four wheel spraying machines for this. SDUFC requires a quote for 400 cans total (330 white, 70 orange/red). Paint is to be delivered between April 1 to May 1. No Credit Terms required. Quotation must include all taxes and any delivery/shipping fees if applicable.
RFQ 2026-02 – Paint Spraying Machine (Delivery by May 1, 2026)
SDUFC is seeking a quote for two T-Nozzle striping paint machines. Compatable with our paint that is used, the machines should be able to be adjusted to spray a two inch to four inch wide line. These carts are to be delivered between April 1 to May 1. No Credit Terms required. Quotation must include all taxes and any delivery/shipping fees if applicable.
RFQ 2026-03 – Photography Services (Event is early June 2026)
SDUFC is seeking quotations for photography services for our photo day. After many years, our current photography partner is retiring. Interested photography companies that can provide team and individual player photography for our photo day should forward packages and rates for consideration. In addition, companies should provide at least three references, two of which are from other sports organizations. Our photo day is usually scheduled for the first or second Saturday of June, with photography taking place in an indoor setting (School Gym.)
RFQ 2026-04 – Sign printing services (For May 2026 delivery)
SDUFC is seeking quotations and set prices for sign printing. Each year, SDUFC has a number of signs produced per year including sponsorship signs (2×4 feet and 4×8 feet) along with portable field signage. To keep our environmental footprint low, often signs are reskinned, reusing the existing coroplast stock with new graphics applied. Prices should include for reskinning existing signs and new signs using a coroplast stock.
RFQ 2026-05 – T-Shirt printing (For May and June delivery)
Each year, SDUFC orders quantities of 50 to 100 shirts for coaches and referees. Referee shirts are black, with a white three-to-four inch crest in a variety of sizes. Coach shirts are grey, with black three-to-four inch crest in a variety of sizes. Prices should be quoted on the volume of up to 50 shirts for coaches and 25 shirts for referees. Shirts would be ordered in April 2026 for mid-May delivery.
