Request for Quotations

South Dundas United FC is looking towards the 2024 season and has the following request for quotations open. Interested parties should provide quotations for pricing and quantities by January 10, 2024.

RFQ 2024-01 – Field Paint (Delivery by April 15, 2024)

SDUFC is seeking a quote for 450 cans of inverted T-Nozzle striping paint. We currently use Rustoleum striping paint and have compatible four wheel spraying machines for this. SDUFC requires a quote for 450 cans total (390 white, 60 orange [preferred] or yellow).

RFQ 2024-02 – Uniforms/Jerseys (Delivery by May 1, 2024)

Jerseys are offered to players in sizes Youth Medium to Adult 2XL. These are for our U10 and older soccer and futsal leagues.

Each item has front and back printing. This includes the SDUFC logo on the front, a front sponsor, a back sponsor, and a jersey number.

SDUFC orders in the spring for use with spring, fall, and winter indoor seasons. Any quotation must include the ability to reorder a small quantity before the start of the fall and winter seasons at the same price as the spring order. SDUFC orders 400 shirts per year in four-to-six colours. Primarily, these shirts have been Gilden or ATC t-shirts. Soccer jersey kits may be quoted. Shorts and socks are optional.

Printing/Cresting on shirts includes a 3.5×4 inch monochrome club crest and an 8 inch wide sponsor monochrome crest on the front of the shirt. The back of the shirt consists of an 8 inch wide sponsor monochrome crest and a 7-8 inch high, one-or-two digit number.

Front sponsor cresting is uniform across the entire order (one sponsor), back sponsorship cresting is different for each colour ordered.

All cresting is in either white or black, depending on the colour of the shirt.
