Registrations must be made through the online registration portal used by South Dundas United Football Club. Since 2023, that portal has been provided by TeamLinkt.
Registrations must be complete and logged as complete in the system for a player to be considered eligible to be rostered on a team or multiple teams. This is a requirement of the insurance carrier and our organization.
All players must have at least one emergency contact listed with a phone number. All players must have at least one email address associated with the player for communication purposes.
All communication of team information, schedules, and season information will primarily be via email. Secondary communication may be via social media platforms. Coaches may opt to individually communicate via the TeamLinkt system or by email or phone directly.
If there are medical accommodations that must be made for a player, please list these in the form at the appropriate place. All medical information is private and handled in accordance to the federal Privacy Act. By registering and disclosing medical information, it is for safety or accommodation purposes. Information will be disclosed to the team official (coach) and if needed, to SDUFC administration.
Player registration payment must be made by the start date of the season the player has registered for.
Payment must be made by credit card or Interac Email Transfer unless the player has applied for funding to cover registration fees.
All late payments will be subject to three per cent interest per month (36 per cent per year).
If a family has outstanding registration fees from past seasons, players will not be placed on the roster of a team in any current or future seasons, or allowed to participate in any SDUFC sanctioned programs until all past-due and current registration amounts are paid in full. Non-payment of fees will result in player participation cancellation.
There are no refunds for registrations as many of the costs are paid in advance of a season beginning. On a case-by-case basis, registrations may be transferred to a future season. In the event there is a price increase between the originally registered season and the future season, the price increase will be waived if it is under $30.
South Dundas United Football Club is an Ontario-registered not-for-profit corporation that operates on a cost-recovery model. The organization cannot process refunds.
